Custom Orders and Customer Responsibility

Orders are produced from the files, sizes, quantities, materials, finishes, shipping details, and notes submitted by the customer. Customers are responsible for checking spelling, grammar, artwork quality, dimensions, bleeds, cut paths, crop marks, transparency, overprint settings, phone numbers, addresses, quantities, selected options, and proof details before checkout, proof approval, or production approval.

Artwork Rights and Customer Content

By submitting artwork, logos, names, marks, photographs, designs, text, or other content, you confirm that you own the content or have permission to use it for printing, resale, display, and distribution as part of the requested order. You are responsible for all submitted content and for any claims arising from that content, including claims involving copyright, trademark, publicity rights, privacy rights, licensing, affiliation, sponsorship, or authorization. Devil Decals LLC may request proof of authorization and may refuse, remove, or decline content or orders that appear unlawful, infringing, threatening, defamatory, obscene, unsafe, fraudulent, or otherwise unsuitable for production.

Rights Holder Complaints

If you believe content submitted to Devil Decals LLC infringes your rights, contact info@devildecals.com with enough information to identify the order or material, your contact information, the rights you claim, and the action requested. Devil Decals LLC may pause, cancel, remove, or refuse production while a complaint is reviewed. If an order is paused or cancelled because of suspected infringement, unauthorized content, fraud, or policy violation, Devil Decals LLC may request proof of authorization before production continues.

Guest, Account, and B2B Users

Guest checkout may be available for eligible orders. Guest users must provide accurate contact, shipping, billing, and payment information and are responsible for saving their order number and using the same email address for support. Guest users may have limited access to saved carts, saved artwork, reorders, rewards, account messages, tax exemption, B2B pricing, and order history features.

Registered account users are responsible for keeping login credentials secure, maintaining accurate account information, and reviewing saved addresses, contacts, uploaded files, saved carts, and messages before using them for an order. Devil Decals LLC may suspend, restrict, or close accounts for abuse, fraud, chargebacks, nonpayment, infringement concerns, security concerns, or violation of these terms.

B2B access, wholesale or business pricing, account privileges, purchase order handling, tax-exempt status, and any credit-related workflow are subject to review and approval. A person ordering through a business account confirms that they are authorized to purchase on behalf of that business. B2B pricing, tax treatment, and account privileges may be changed, corrected, limited, suspended, or revoked if information is inaccurate, exemption documents are invalid, account access is misused, or the account violates these terms.

Rewards Program

Rewards points may be offered to eligible registered retail account users. Guest users, B2B/wholesale users, tax-exempt workflows, and certain promotions may be excluded. Points have no cash value, are not transferable, and may only be redeemed through enabled website checkout features. Points may be earned only after payment is confirmed or an order is marked paid/completed, and points may be reversed or adjusted for refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, fraud, policy violations, returned or corrected orders, or administrative errors. Devil Decals LLC may change, suspend, limit, or end the rewards program at any time.

Payment and Financing

Orders may require a quote, manual confirmation, payment authorization, full payment, provider financing approval, or another approved payment arrangement before production begins. Online payment processing may be unavailable while third-party merchant processing is being activated, reviewed, or maintained. Credit, debit, PayPal, Venmo, Pay Later, financing, crypto, and other payment options are provided by third-party processors only when enabled and are subject to their approval, terms, limits, availability, and review. Devil Decals LLC does not need to store full card numbers on this website.

Production Timing and Pickup

Production timing begins only after order review, payment confirmation or approved manual payment arrangement, artwork review when applicable, and proof approval when applicable. Turnaround estimates are not guarantees unless expressly confirmed in writing for a specific order. Rush service is not self-serve and must be confirmed by contacting Devil Decals before ordering. Bulk orders may extend lead times. Pickup is available by appointment only during confirmed pickup windows.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates. Devil Decals LLC is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, incorrect addresses supplied by the customer, customs delays, delivery exceptions, or events outside reasonable control. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped because of an incorrect or incomplete customer-supplied address.

Refunds, Returns, and Cancellations

Custom products are subject to our Refund and Return Policy. Because custom print orders are made to customer specifications, all sales are final after production begins except for confirmed production errors. Cancellation may be unavailable once materials have been ordered, proofs have been approved, work has been outsourced, or production has started. If Devil Decals LLC cancels or pauses an order because of suspected infringement, unauthorized content, fraud, nonpayment, or policy violation, any refund will be limited to amounts not already earned or spent on reasonable order-related work, review, setup, proof preparation, nonrefundable payment processing costs, special-order materials, supplier charges, or produced portions of the order.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Devil Decals LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from website use, order delays, production issues, shipping issues, customer-submitted files, technical interruptions, or third-party provider services. For any claim related to an order, Devil Decals LLC's responsibility is limited to the amount paid for the affected product or the remedy offered under the Refund and Return Policy.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Devil Decals LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, suppliers, service providers, and agents from and against claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from or related to your submitted artwork, text, images, logos, trademarks, designs, names, likenesses, or other content; your lack of rights or permission to use submitted content; your breach of these terms; inaccurate order information, instructions, or approvals provided by you; your misuse, installation, resale, or distribution of products after delivery; your violation of applicable law; or any third-party claim relating to materials or instructions you provided.

Technical Issues

Devil Decals LLC is not responsible for website interruptions, hosting failures, internet outages, browser issues, malware, user device problems, payment-provider downtime, or other technical problems outside its reasonable control. We may pause, correct, or review orders affected by technical pricing, file, upload, or checkout errors.

Refusal of Service

Devil Decals LLC reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or decline production as permitted by applicable law, including when an order involves unsafe, unlawful, infringing, abusive, fraudulent, or technically unsuitable content or instructions.

Governing Law

These terms and transactions with Devil Decals LLC are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute shall be handled in a court of competent jurisdiction in Pennsylvania unless applicable law requires otherwise.
