We use customer information to operate the website, provide quotes, coordinate manual payment when online checkout is unavailable, process checkout when enabled, review artwork, prepare proofs, produce orders, arrange pickup or shipping, respond to support requests, maintain account records, prevent fraud, and improve our services.
Service Providers
We may share information with trusted providers that help us run the business, including hosting, storage, email, payment processing, financing providers, shipping carriers, analytics, security, and business operations tools. We do not sell customer personal information.
Website Analytics and Approximate Location
With a visitor's analytics permission, we may record anonymous session activity such as pages and public products viewed, referral source, device and browser category, shopping-funnel events, active time, and approximate city-level location derived from the visitor's public network address. The analytics dashboard displays only a masked network address, and the detailed analytics system does not store the raw address.
Detailed session records are used to improve website usability, product information, pricing presentation, and checkout performance. They are restricted to authorized administrators and are automatically removed after 30 days. Aggregate visitor totals may be retained without the detailed session history.
Artwork and Uploaded Files
Uploaded artwork and documents are used to review, proof, produce, and support orders. Customers are responsible for having the rights needed to print submitted artwork, logos, marks, and designs.
Payment Information
Payment details may be handled by third-party payment providers such as PayPal/Braintree, PayPal, Venmo, card processors, financing providers, or other enabled processors. When online checkout is unavailable, we may coordinate payment manually by phone, email, quote, invoice, or another approved method. Devil Decals does not need to store full card numbers on this website.
Guest, Account, and B2B Records
Guest checkout and government-purchasing records may be stored with the email address, order number or review reference, contact details, organization name, order contents, payment status, shipping details, support messages, and uploaded exemption documents needed to complete and support the order. Registered account features may store saved carts, uploaded files, saved artwork, addresses, contacts, messages, order history, rewards activity, and account preferences. B2B records may include business contact details, approval status, pricing tier, tax-exemption status, uploaded exemption documents, account users, and admin review notes.
