Production Policy
Custom print orders are reviewed for production readiness. If artwork, size, finish, quantity, installation details, payment, pickup, or shipping details need clarification, Devil Decals LLC may contact you before moving forward. While online card processing is being activated, some orders may need to be confirmed by quote, invoice, phone, email, or another manual payment arrangement before production begins.
Artwork Requirements
Customers are responsible for submitting quality, production-ready artwork. Files should be supplied at the correct size, with appropriate resolution, bleeds, cut paths, transparent backgrounds where required, and layout. Low-resolution, blurry, distorted, flattened, missing-font, incorrect-size, or otherwise unsuitable artwork may produce lower quality results or require clarification before production.
Proof Approval
Proofs may be required for custom work, but not every order will receive a separate proof unless requested or required for the product. Review proofs, order summaries, and uploaded artwork carefully for spelling, layout, size, color expectations, cut paths, quantity, material, and finish. Approval or final submission means the order can move into production using the approved details. Devil Decals LLC is not responsible for customer-approved proof errors or customer-submitted artwork issues.
Color and Matching
Color can vary between screens, files, materials, print processes, lighting, and reorders. Exact color matching is not guaranteed unless a specific match has been reviewed and accepted in writing before production. Customer-provided color charts, paint colors, vinyl swatches, or screenshots may not reproduce exactly in print.
Turnaround and Rush Orders
Turnaround depends on order complexity, production-ready artwork, material availability, payment confirmation, production schedule, supplier availability when work is outsourced, and shipping or pickup method. Rush service is not self-serve and must be confirmed by contacting Devil Decals before ordering. Bulk orders may extend lead times.
Pickup and Business Hours
Devil Decals LLC is located at 661 Mahanoy Valley Rd, Duncannon, PA 17020 by appointment only. Current business hours are Monday-Friday 10:00 AM-8:00 PM, Saturday 11:00 AM-5:30 PM, and Sunday closed. Pickup must be confirmed before arrival.
Shipping
Shipping dates are estimates and may be affected by carriers, weather, incorrect addresses, holidays, material delays, equipment issues, supplier delays, or other events outside reasonable control. Orders generally ship as complete orders unless split shipment is approved in writing.
