Robert 'Rob' Macedonio
Robert Macedonio is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran, heavy equipment operator, entrepreneur, and founder of Devil Decals LLC. His career has been built in environments where preparation, accountability, precision, and teamwork are essential.
Rob served in the United States Marine Corps from 2006 to 2010 as an M1A1 tank crewman. He completed two deployments to Iraq, earned recognition as a battalion high gunner, and received the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal for superior performance and dedication to duty. His military experience shaped the leadership, discipline, and problem-solving skills that continue to guide his work today.
After leaving the Marine Corps, Rob built a career in the heavy-equipment industry, gaining more than 20 years of combined military and heavy-equipment experience in demanding field environments. He also served as a union steward, helping address workplace concerns, communicate between crews and management, and support the people working beside him.
Rob founded Devil Decals to combine craftsmanship, design, customer service, and modern production technology. What began as a small operation has grown into a full-service sign and graphics business offering decals, banners, apparel, vehicle lettering, business branding, and custom production.
Today, Rob continues to develop Devil Decals through digital design, large-format printing, CNC equipment, online ordering, and custom website technology. His approach remains straightforward: understand the customer's needs, communicate clearly, and produce work that is ready for real-world use.

Devil Decals was built around a simple idea: customers should be able to bring in an idea, drawing, logo, or finished design and receive professional production without unnecessary confusion.
The business combines traditional customer service with modern tools, including digital design software, large-format printing, vinyl cutting, heat-press production, CNC equipment, and a custom online ordering system.
Rob's goal is to make professional production more accessible to small businesses, local organizations, creators, teams, fundraisers, and individuals who have artwork but need the equipment and experience to turn it into a finished product.

Community involvement
Rob also serves as vice president and co-founder of Hope and Hooves Rescue & Sanctuary, a nonprofit farm-animal rescue organization. His work with the rescue includes facility planning, fundraising, construction, animal care support, community outreach, and organizational development.
